Where it reliably pays off
Document processing. Invoices, delivery notes and forms still arrive as PDFs and photographs, and someone types them into a system. Modern models handle this well, including messy scans that defeat traditional OCR.
Internal assistants. An assistant that answers staff questions from your own policies, manuals and historical records, instead of the answer living in one colleague's head.
Knowledge search. Search that matches meaning rather than keywords — valuable across large document sets where people currently ask a colleague instead of searching.
Workflow automation. Classifying, routing and summarising the work that arrives daily, with a person approving anything that leaves the building.
Where we will tell you not to
AI is a poor fit for tasks that must be exactly right every time with no review step, and for problems a simple rule would solve more cheaply and more auditably. We would rather say that during scoping than build something you quietly stop using.

For anything customer-facing we design a review step, so the system drafts and a human approves. That captures most of the time saving without the risk of an unreviewed mistake reaching a customer.

Not without your explicit agreement. We use providers whose terms exclude training on customer data, and where requirements are strict we can run models on infrastructure you control.
That depends entirely on the task, so we benchmark against your real data during scoping and give you a number before you commit. If the accuracy is not good enough to be useful, we will say so rather than ship it.
